What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
Do CALPAK products come with a warranty?
Yes, our luggage and travel accessories come with a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years, covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I clean and maintain my luggage?
For hardshell suitcases, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For fabric bags, spot clean only. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges to preserve the finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our global community soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
