Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your travel gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unused items back in their original CALPAK box, attach the prepaid label securely to the exterior, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
